If one of these mattresses doesn't suit you, contact us within 100 days of delivery. We will arrange the return and refund under Wakefit's Buy & Try terms.
Models without Buy & Try
IcyBreeze ActiveCool, BlissMax PureSleep, Zeno (FR) Pocket Spring and the Omnia Sofa-cum-Bed are not part of the 100 Days Buy & Try programme. They are covered by the manufacturer warranty.

- 10 years: SpineCore Ortho Firm Plus ActiveCool, DualSwitch PureSleep, Optima Plus ActiveCool, Zeno (FR) Pocket Spring
- 7 years: IcyBreeze ActiveCool
- 5 years: Omnia Sofa-cum-Bed
- 4 years: BlissMax PureSleep
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Keep your invoice; we help you raise and follow up on the claim with Wakefit.
Damaged or wrong product
If your mattress arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to the UPI account you paid from.
